About the growth hormone research peptides

This section groups growth hormone-axis research peptides: compounds that laboratories use to study the release, signalling and downstream effects of growth hormone (GH) in cell and animal models. CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Tesamorelin are analogues of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that act at the GHRH receptor; Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R) agonist, and the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend combines the two pathways in one vial for studies that examine them together. AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of the GH molecule studied in lipid-metabolism research, IGF-1 LR3 is a long-acting analogue of insulin-like growth factor 1 used in cell-culture and receptor work, and DSIP (delta sleep-inducing peptide) is a neuropeptide listed here for laboratories studying sleep-related endocrine rhythms. The Ascend bundle groups several of these compounds in one order.

Vials are lyophilized and sealed, every batch is third-party tested, and lab reports are posted in the COA library. Our comparison pages, among them CJC-1295 vs Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin vs CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin vs Sermorelin, set the mechanisms side by side.

All growth-axis peptides are sold for laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use, and no dosing or protocol information is provided.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a GHRH analogue and a ghrelin-receptor agonist?

CJC-1295 and Tesamorelin are GHRH analogues that act at the GHRH receptor; Ipamorelin is a ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. They act on separate receptors of the same axis, which is why they are often studied together and why we offer a CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend.

What does 'no DAC' mean on CJC-1295?

DAC (drug affinity complex) is a modification that binds the peptide to albumin and extends its half-life. Our CJC-1295 is the no-DAC form, also called Mod GRF 1-29, which has a short half-life. The CJC-1295 with DAC vs without DAC comparison explains the difference.

Are these peptides for human use?

No. All growth-axis peptides are sold strictly for laboratory research and are not for human or animal use. No dosing or protocol information is provided.

Research use only. Products in this category are sold for laboratory research and are not for human or animal use. See the COA library for lab results and Compare for side-by-side research notes.
