This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Prime Peptide Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
1. ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
All products sold by Prime Peptide Solutions are intended strictly for research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption. Because of strict quality control, safety standards, and product integrity requirements, returned items cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances.
2. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
While all sales are final, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, review claims under the following limited circumstances:
- Incorrect product received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Product defective upon arrival
- Shipment confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
Submission of a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for any resolution, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing the issue, including packaging and labels
- Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved
Failure to meet these requirements may result in immediate denial of your request.
4. NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for:
- Customer ordering errors (including incorrect product selection or quantity)
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Improper storage, handling, or use after delivery
- Claims submitted outside the 48-hour reporting window
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product quality
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors beyond our control
5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Under no circumstances should products be returned without prior written authorization.
If a return is approved by us:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and may be discarded without refund
- We reserve the right to determine whether a return is necessary before issuing any resolution
6. DISCRETIONARY REFUND POLICY
All refunds, replacements, or resolutions are issued solely at the discretion of Prime Peptide Solutions.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as a guarantee of a refund, replacement, or credit under any circumstances. Even where a claim appears to meet the conditions outlined, we reserve the absolute right to:
- Approve or deny any request
- Request additional documentation or verification
- Offer a store credit, partial refund, replacement, or no resolution at all, depending on the situation
All decisions made by Prime Peptide Solutions are final and non-negotiable. Any resolution provided is granted as a courtesy and not as an obligation.
7. SHIPPING & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Prime Peptide Solutions is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Prime Peptide Solutions to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to:
- Provide all order records, communications, and delivery confirmations to financial institutions
- Dispute any chargeback that we determine to be fraudulent or invalid
- Permanently ban customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks from future purchases
9. FRAUD PREVENTION
Prime Peptide Solutions reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion if we suspect:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized transactions
- Abuse of our policies
We may request additional verification before processing or resolving any order.
