Good to know
How many points do I get?
1 point per $1 on products, after discounts. Shipping, tax and anything paid with points don't earn points. Each order is rounded down to whole points.
What are my points worth?
Every 100 points is worth $5.00 off. You can use them right away, down to a single point.
How do I use them?
In your cart, switch on ‘Use my points’ and they come off at checkout, up to your order total.
Can I use a discount code too?
Yes. Codes, sales and multi-buy deals apply first, then your points come off what's left. With Zelle or crypto, the payment discount also comes first.
When do points show up?
As soon as your payment is confirmed: right away for card orders, and when we confirm a Zelle or crypto payment.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, the points you used come back and the points it earned are removed. If part of an order is refunded, we remove the points that amount earned (1 point per $1 refunded).
Do points expire?
No. They stay in your account as long as the program runs.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points belong to your account, and checkout needs you to be signed in.
Do Subscribe & Save orders earn points?
Yes, every paid delivery earns points. Points can't be used on Subscribe & Save orders.
Program terms
Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or combined between accounts. Points are earned on products after discounts, not on shipping, tax, or any part paid with points. Points are added when payment is confirmed and may be removed if an order is cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent. We may change or end Prime Rewards, including what points are worth, at any time; changes apply from the date they're posted on this page, and if the program ends we'll post a notice here first. All products are sold for laboratory research use only.
