This Research Use Only Policy (“Policy”) applies to every product sold by Prime Peptide Solutions, operated by Prime Holdings Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”; references to “Prime Peptide Solutions” mean Prime Holdings Solutions LLC), and is part of our Terms & Conditions.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY PRIME PEPTIDE SOLUTIONS (PRIME HOLDINGS SOLUTIONS LLC) ARE FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN HUMANS OR ANIMALS.

1. WHAT “RESEARCH USE ONLY” MEANS

Research Use Only (RUO) means a product is intended solely for laboratory research. Our products:

  • Have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use
  • Must not be administered to humans or animals
  • Are intended for qualified researchers working in laboratory settings
  • Are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods or therapeutic agents
  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition

2. WHO MAY PURCHASE

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, and that you will handle, store and dispose of our products in line with applicable laws and safe laboratory practice. We may ask for verification and may refuse or cancel any order.

3. OUR COMPLIANCE STANDARDS

  • Website and checkout: our website states that our products are for laboratory research use only. Visitors confirm they are 21 or older before entering the site, and every purchaser confirms, before checking out, that the order is for laboratory research use only.
  • No medical advice or health claims: our product pages, research articles and reconstitution calculator are for informational and laboratory reference only. Nothing on this website is medical advice or an instruction for use in humans or animals.
  • Lab testing: third-party Certificates of Analysis for tested lots are published in our Lab Results library.
  • Partners: our Partner Terms forbid health claims, dosing advice and any suggestion that our products are for human or animal use, and a partner must accept them before any commission is paid out. This Policy applies to every partner as well.

4. PROHIBITED USES

The following are strictly prohibited and violate our Terms & Conditions:

  • Self-administration, or administration to any other person
  • Administration to animals
  • Resale, relabeling or repackaging for human or veterinary use
  • Making medical, therapeutic or health claims about our products
  • Giving dosing or administration recommendations for human or animal use
  • Buying for, or on behalf of, anyone who intends any of the uses above

5. PARTNER AND AFFILIATE COMPLIANCE

Every partner and affiliate who promotes our products must:

  • Describe our products only as research chemicals for laboratory use
  • Include a research-use-only disclaimer in content that features our products
  • Never suggest or imply that our products are for human or animal use
  • Never give dosing advice, medical guidance or health claims
  • Aim their promotion at research audiences

A violation may result in immediate removal from the partner program.

6. ENFORCEMENT

If we believe a purchaser or partner intends, or has made, a prohibited use of our products, we may refuse or cancel orders, close the account and refuse future service. Misuse of our products is at the purchaser’s sole risk; Sections 3 (Assumption of Risk), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 11 (Indemnification) of our Terms & Conditions apply.

7. FDA DISCLAIMER

Our products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing on it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Prime Peptide Solutions is a supplier of research chemicals.
