It ensures that the product you receive meets all stated specifications. Published COAs are in our COA library, so you can read them before you order.
Do you test every batch independently?
Yes. Every single batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory before it is made available for purchase. We never self-certify. If a batch does not pass independent testing, it does not get listed — period.
How should I store peptides before reconstitution?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, a refrigerator (2–8°C) or freezer (-20°C) is recommended to maintain maximum stability for up to 24 months.
Are your peptides lyophilized?
Yes. All peptides ship in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for maximum stability and shelf life. They must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in research applications.
What is the shelf life of your peptides?
Lyophilized peptides stored refrigerated (2–8°C) or in a freezer (-20°C) have a shelf life of 24+ months. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, the solution should typically be used within 28 days and kept refrigerated.
How much bacteriostatic water do I need?
The volume of BAC water depends on the desired concentration for your research protocol. As a general starting point, 1–2mL of BAC water per vial is common, but this varies by compound and application. We offer BAC water in 3mL and 10mL sizes.
How fast do you ship?
Most orders placed before 3 PM ET, Monday–Saturday, ship the same day. We're closed on Sundays and holidays, so orders placed after 3 PM, on a Sunday or on a holiday ship the next shipping day. Lyophilized peptides are highly stable at room temperature and ship safely without special cooling.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account and view your order details and tracking information at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only and cannot accept international orders or ship to freight forwarders. Domestic orders ship from Bohemia, NY with a tracking number emailed on dispatch; see our shipping policy for details.

What is your return and refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged, broken or defective, or with a wrong or missing item, email support@primepepsolutions.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and its contents. Claims made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We review every claim individually and decide the right resolution, whether a replacement, a refund or a return. Once we approve your claim, we will send a free replacement or refund the product price. You may be requested to send the item back; if so, it must be sent within 7 days of the request. Every problem must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
